New Shareholders:
Braden Barnes is a Shareholder and continues to serve as General Counsel for the firm. Braden earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas Christian University in 2003, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2007. Braden was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2007 and has over 17 years of legal experience focusing on bankruptcy, compliance, foreclosure, and litigation. Braden has been with BPC for over 10 years and previously worked at a GSE and as in-house counsel for NBS. Braden is a member of the Texas State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas.
Abbey Dreher is a Shareholder. Abbey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 2005. Abbey was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2005, the Georgia State Bar in 2008, the Colorado State Bar in 2015, the Arizona State Bar in 2016, and has over 19 years of legal experience focusing on bankruptcy.
Abbey is the co-chair of the National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustee Mortgage Creditor Committee; co-chair of the Post Petition Fees subcommittee of the NACTT Mortgage Creditor Committee; member of the Western District of Texas Local Rules Committee; former member of the Northern District of Texas Local Rules Committee, and a member of the Honorable Larry E. Kelly Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.
